Water-saving Durable Compact Packaging
Ungrouped HYRT 16mm drip tape saves water, fertilizer and labor by delivering uniform, anti-clogging flow through an extruded internal dripper and durable virgin PE construction that resists UV and corrosion. Lightweight, machine-friendly rolls provide extra actual meters per label with no-breakage handling and come in customizable OEM/Plentirain/neutral packaging with paper plates and plastic film in standard roll lengths (1000–2600m) and packed dimensions for efficient container loading. Backed by ISO‑style quality checks and clear operating guidance (50–100 kPa, filtered inputs), this dripline is designed for easy installation, large-farm efficiency and improved crop yield.
16mm PE Water-Saving Reel
The HYRT 16mm drip tape reel is made from high-grade virgin polyethylene (PE) with an extruded internal dripper and secure flat dripper cohesion, offering anti-UV, anti-corrosion and anti-clogging performance plus emission uniformity and roll lengths from 1000–2600m, available OEM, neutral, or Ungrouped packing. Designed to run at 50–100 kPa for efficient greenhouse and row-crop irrigation, it saves water, fertilizer and labor while improving crop yield, soil structure and operational scalability for large farms. Strict production controls and inspections per standard SO 9261:2004, combined with protective roll packaging (paper plate and plastic film) and customizable logos, ensure durability, no-breakage during machine laying and easy transport.
PE 16mm Water-Saving Reel
The HYRT 16mm drip tape reel is a water-saving, OEM-ready dripline made from virgin polyethylene with anti-UV and anti-corrosion properties for durable, long-lasting field performance. Available in multiple roll lengths (1000–2600m) with paper plate and plastic film packing and customizable OEM or neutral packaging, its extruded-in dripper design offers excellent emission uniformity, anti-clogging and compatibility with mechanical laying. Suited for greenhouse and row crop irrigation (cucumber, tomato, strawberry, potatoes, cotton, etc.), the economical dripline is inspected to strict standards for flow rate, wall thickness and tensile strength and can be supplied Ungrouped or packed to match container loading needs.

Material introduction
The HYRT 16mm drip tape reel is made primarily from virgin polyethylene (PE), with formulations using up to 100% virgin PE to provide anti-UV, anti-corrosion resistance and reliable tensile strength for long-term field performance. Advanced extrusion embeds the flat dripper inside the tape for secure cohesion, excellent emission uniformity and anti-clogging performance, and every roll is inspected to SO 9261:2004 criteria (wall thickness, flow rate, bursting pressure, CV, carbon black content and tensile strength). Lightweight rolls are protected with paper plates and plastic film and can be supplied OEM, neutral or Ungrouped to suit logistics and large-farm, mechanized laying.
