Upon arrival at the factory, all raw materials must first undergo sampling inspection by the Quality Control Department. They may only be stored after passing inspection in accordance with GB/T 19812 and internal company standards. Non-conforming raw materials must be returned to the supplier and may not be used in production.
Inspection Items Include:
Appearance: Particle uniformity, color, impurities
Physical Properties: Melt Flow Index, Density, Moisture Content
Mechanical Properties: Impact Strength, Tensile Strength
Special Properties: Anti-aging Agent Content (for formulations containing anti-aging additives)
The first finished product from each production batch must undergo a comprehensive inspection by quality control personnel after production begins. This ensures that the mold, equipment, and process parameters are correctly set to prevent batch defects.
Inspection Items:
Dimensional Accuracy: including outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, and length
Functional Specifications: dripper flow rate, nozzle spray range, and valve sealing performance
Appearance: burrs, shrinkage, flash, color variation
Key Inspection Points:
Stability of critical dimensions
Whether equipment operating parameters are within standard ranges
Whether operators are following the work instructions
Whether labeling and status are clear (separate zones for conforming, pending, and non-conforming products)
After production, depending on the product type and customer requirements, either a 100% inspection or a high-coverage sampling inspection is conducted.
Critical safety components/functional components, such as emitters, micro-sprinklers, and valves: 100% flow rate testing and leak testing.
Standard components: such as fittings and drip tape—inspected via sampling according to AQL standards, primarily checking appearance, dimensions, and packaging.
Inspection Items:
Packaging integrity, including inner bag sealing and outer box labeling
Comparison with order specifications and customer samples to ensure product conformity
Verification of accompanying documents, including test reports, certificates of conformity, and instruction manuals

Melt Flow Index Tester: Measures the flowability of PE raw materials to determine their suitability for injection molding or extrusion
Electronic Universal Tensile Testing Machine: Measures the tensile strength and elongation at break of raw materials
Impact Tester: Measures the impact resistance of raw materials
Moisture Analyzer: Measures the moisture content of raw materials (excessive moisture can cause bubbling and brittleness in the final product)
Laser Thickness Gauge: Non-contact measurement of drip tape/tube wall thickness, with an accuracy of 0.01 mm
Flow Uniformity Test Bench: Simultaneously tests multiple emitter/drip tape outlet holes and automatically calculates flow deviation
Pressure Test Bench: Performs hydrostatic and pneumatic leak tests on valves, filters, and fittings
Salt Spray Test Chamber: Simulates marine climates to test the corrosion resistance of metal and plastic components
UV Aging Test Chamber: Simulates solar radiation to test product aging resistance
Coordinate Measuring Machine: High-precision measurement of complex dimensions in injection-molded parts (e.g., threads, slots)
Digital calipers, thread gauges: Routine dimensional measurements
Color difference meter: Ensures color consistency of products, particularly for OEM custom products
Drop test machine: Simulates transportation conditions to test packaging impact resistance
All testing equipment is calibrated regularly, and calibration certificates are retained for reference.
HYRT has established a comprehensive product quality traceability system. Every batch of finished products is assigned a unique batch number, which can be traced back to the production date, work team, machine, raw material batch, inspection records, process inspection data, and shipping destination. When a quality issue arises, we quickly identify the root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure that similar problems do not recur.
<0.3% Defect Rate: The defect rate of finished products leaving the factory is controlled below 0.3%, far exceeding the industry average of 1–2%
100% Traceability: Every product can be traced back to its raw materials, production equipment, and time
Third-Party Verification: We can provide English test reports from authoritative institutions such as the Shandong Provincial Testing Center
Joint Customer Inspection: We welcome customers to send representatives or commission third parties to conduct on-site inspections at our factory, and we will fully cooperate throughout the process
