Overview of Production Capabilities
HYRT' s production facility is located in the Fengcheng Industrial Park in Laiwu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province—a major hub for water-saving irrigation equipment in China. Our production system features the following key characteristics:

The injection molding workshop is equipped with centralized material, water, and power supply systems, significantly reducing manual intervention and enhancing production stability and efficiency.

From raw material intake to finished product shipment, all production stages are completed within our facility, ensuring full quality control throughout the process.

With a monthly output of 25 million meters of drip tape, 9 million micro-sprinklers, and 10 million sets of fittings, we can meet the bulk order demands of global customers.

We maintain stock of standard products, enabling urgent orders to be shipped within one day; for large orders, we can reserve production capacity in advance and deliver in batches.

Additional Notes:
We maintain a 30-day safety stock of standard products (such as drip irrigation tape and common fittings), enabling rapid shipment for urgent orders.
For large orders (e.g., 1 million meters of drip tape or more), production scheduling must be confirmed 15–20 days in advance; specific details are negotiable.
For OEM/ODM custom products, the prototyping cycle ranges from 5 to 15 days depending on mold complexity, and mass production scheduling will be prioritized.
Standardized Production Process
We have established a closed-loop, standardized production process with strict controls at every stage to ensure consistent product quality and stable performance, with full traceability from raw materials to finished products.

Robotic automated part removal: Most injection molding machines are equipped with robots to perform automatic demolding and part placement


Mold Shop: In-house mold repair and maintenance capabilities ensure mold precision and longevity

Extrusion Process for Drip Irrigation Tape/Tubing

Raw materials (virgin resin + masterbatch + anti-aging agent) → Drying → Centralized feeding → Melting in the extruder → Molding → Vacuum sizing → Cooling → Drawing → Perforation (sheet-type) → Winding → Packaging

Core Equipment

 2 fully automatic high-speed composite drip tape production lines (from leading domestic brands such as Tianjin Huaxu), with a production speed of up to 300 meters per minute


10 extruders (for the production of drip irrigation tubing and related pipe materials)


In-line perforating devices: laser or mechanical perforation, offering high precision and speed


Automatic winders: produce neat rolls with adjustable lengths (typically 500 meters/roll or 1,000 meters/roll)

Assembly and Packaging Process

10 automatic assembly machines: Used for the automated assembly of products such as drippers, micro-sprinklers, and valves, improving efficiency and reducing human error


4 automatic packaging machines: Automate the sealing of inner bags and the boxing of outer cartons, ensuring packaging integrity and aesthetic appeal

Warehousing and Logistics

Core Equipment

 A 9,000-square-meter, three-story multi-level warehouse equipped with a modern WMS system, featuring zoned and categorized storage and first-in, first-out (FIFO) operations.


Strict separation of finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts areas.


The shipping area is equipped with a loading dock that supports full-container loading.

Quality Control Throughout the Entire Process
Quality is the lifeblood of production. We have established quality control points at every stage of the process
Raw Material Inspection: Impact resistance, tensile strength, and melt flow index tests are conducted; materials are only accepted if they pass these tests.

First-Article Inspection: Before production begins for each batch, the first product must pass quality inspection before production can continue.

In-Process Inspection: Random sampling every 2 hours to monitor critical dimensions and performance parameters

100% Final Inspection: 100% inspection of flow rate, pressure, and appearance (for critical products)

Outgoing Inspection: 5% random sampling to ensure a shipment pass rate approaching 100%

Our Goal: A finished product failure rate below 0.3% upon shipment.
