We operate our own modern 9,360-square-meter factory, equipped with industry-leading automated production lines and a rigorous quality control system. We maintain a 30-day safety stock of standard products (such as drip irrigation tape and common fittings), enabling rapid shipment for urgent orders. For large orders (e.g., 1 million meters of drip tape or more), production scheduling must be confirmed 15–20 days in advance; specific details are negotiable. For OEM/ODM custom products, the prototyping cycle ranges from 5 to 15 days depending on mold complexity, and mass production scheduling will be prioritized.Flowchart

Raw Material Inspection: Impact resistance, tensile strength, and melt flow index tests are conducted; materials are only accepted if they pass these tests. First-Article Inspection: Before production begins for each batch, the first product must pass quality inspection before production can continue.
