Feature Highlights
The invisible air lock in the pipeline - it vents it out.
In an irrigation system, air is the hidden troublemaker. Every time the system starts up, trapped air gets compressed into pockets that lodge at pipe high points - flow chokes, pressure spikes and drops, end outlets sputter, and water hammer can crack joints. Many growers facing "pressure reads fine but nothing comes out the far end" are wrestling with exactly this.
Shandong HYRT Water-Saving Irrigation Co., Ltd. built the HYRT float-type air release valve to solve it. The valve body installs at the high point or end of a PE mainline. Inside, a float rises and falls between air and water: as the line fills, air lifts and vents out the release port automatically, then when water reaches the valve the float rises and seals the port shut; during operation, if small air pockets collect, the float drops and releases them instantly - all with zero manual intervention.
The result: steady pressure and even flow from startup through the full run, a lighter load on the pump, no water-hammer shocks to joints and hose, and a longer pipe service life. Compact and simple to install, it is the "pipe breathing valve" worth adding to any drip or sprinkler system at any scale. As a factory-direct maker, HYRT offers flexible OEM/ODM on specs and packaging, with ample stock for project supply and bulk purchasing.

Core Advantages
Application Fields
In Europe top-tier glass greenhouses, long overhead PE mainlines trap air easily - the air release valve vents these pockets automatically, keeping water pressure precise for every drip and ebb-and-flood line, supporting standardized high-end flower and vegetable production.
In Israeli desert water-saving agriculture, the air valve guards full-line pressure stability from pump to end emitter - eliminating air-lock fluctuations so pressure-compensating drippers deliver precision even over long distances and rolling terrain, wasting not a single drop.
Across the Pampas plains, the valve mounts at mainline high points and ends, preventing air lock and water hammer on long delivery runs, keeping large-scale field irrigation stable and protecting pump life.
Under extreme heat and high pressure in desert delivery pipelines, the air valve vents the line automatically after every pump start, keeping water pressure steady from pump station to green zone through harsh outdoor conditions.
