Introduction to Drip Heads

The drip head is divided into three basic types according to its energy dissipation characteristics: (1) long runner drip head: the runner diameter is generally less than 1.0mm, length 50~60cm, or even longer, the water flow in the process of overcoming the side wall friction and energy dissipation. (2) Orifice drip head: generally inserted on the capillary tube, inlet and outlet diameter is very small, there is a large cavity in the middle, pressure water flow through the diffusion, contraction or rotation and other ways to consume the remaining energy. (3) Microporous capillary: there are two types of single-walled tubes and double-walled tubes. The former is drip irrigation through the micro-hole on the wall of the tube, the latter has two layers of wall, water from the main wall of the water outlet orifice into the auxiliary cavity, and then by the auxiliary wall of the orifice seepage, the auxiliary wall of the orifice is the main wall of the number of orifices 5 ~ 10 times. This is a special form of capillary pipe which has both water delivery and water discharge functions. It is mostly made of plastic. Due to the small size of the outlet orifice, it is easy to block.
