High Quality Adjustable Dripper From HYRT

It is in the nozzle above the rocker shaft, set with a front end with a deflector plate (baffle) and guide plate rocker pressure water from the nozzle of the nozzle when sprayed, the deflector plate impact guide plate, so that the rocker arm produces tangential motion force around the cantilever rotation of an angle, and then return under the action of the torsion spring and hit the nozzle, so that the nozzle turn an angle, and so on repeatedly, the nozzle can make a full-circle rotation. If the nozzle is equipped with a limiting device and a reversing mechanism, so that the nozzle in the rotation of a certain angle after the reversal of rotation, you can carry out fan sprinkler irrigation. Suitable for fixed medium pressure sprinkler systems. Vertical pendulum sprinkler head Using the reaction force generated when the water impacts the deflector at the front of the vertical pendulum arm to make the sprinkler head rotate intermittently, the pendulum arm is rotated by the counterweight at its back end. After a certain angle of rotation of the nozzle, by the yoke roller and limiter with the drive rod to push and pull the nozzle in front of the reversing arm, so that it cuts into or out of the nozzle jet, forcing the nozzle to quickly reverse. This nozzle has the advantages of balanced forces, reliable work balance, long range, large range of flow adjustment, etc., the use of increasingly widespread. However, the required pressure is higher and the structure is more complex.

　　(1) Types of valves

　　1. Classified by role and use

　　(1) cut-off valve: cut-off valve is also known as closed circuit valve, shut-off valve, its role is to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline. Cut-off valve types include gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and diaphragm valves, etc.

　　(2) Check valve: check valve is also known as one-way valve or check valve, its role is to prevent the backflow of media in the pipeline. Its main role is to prevent the backflow of the medium, to prevent the pump and drive motor reversal, as well as the release of the container medium. Water pump suction off the bottom valve also belongs to the check valve category.

　　(3) Safety valves: the role of safety valves is to prevent the pipeline or device in the medium pressure exceeds the specified value, so as to achieve the purpose of safety protection.

　　(4) Regulating valves: regulating valves include regulating valves, throttling valves and pressure reducing valves, whose role is to regulate the pressure of the medium, flow and other parameters.

　　(5) Diverter valves: Diverter valves include a variety of distribution valves and traps, etc., whose role is to distribute, separate or mix the media in the pipeline.

　　(6) Exhaust valves: Exhaust valves are essential auxiliary components in piping systems and are widely used in boilers, air conditioning, oil and gas, and water supply and drainage pipelines. They are often installed at high points or elbows to remove excess gas from the pipeline, improve the efficiency of the pipeline and reduce energy consumption.

　　2. Classified by nominal pressure

　　(1) Vacuum valve: refers to the valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure.

　　(2) Low pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN ≤ 1.6Mpa valve.

　　(3) Medium pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN 2.5, 4.0, 6.4Mpa valve.

　　(4) High pressure valve: refers to the valve with a nominal pressure PN of 10~80Mpa.

　　(5) ultra-high pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN ≥ 100Mpa valve.

　　3. classified by working temperature

　　(1) ultra-low temperature valve: for the medium working temperature t<-100 ℃ valve.

　　(2) low-temperature valve: for the medium working temperature -100 ℃ ≤ t ≤ -29 ℃ valve.

　　(3) room temperature valve: for medium working temperature -29℃

　　(4) medium temperature valve: for the medium working temperature 120 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 425 ℃ valve.

　　(5) high temperature valve: for the medium working temperature t>450℃ valve.

Carbon steel pipe fittings groove fittings surface should be flat, clean, there should not affect the performance of porosity, sand eyes, slag, cold compartment, shrinkage, cracks and depressions and other defects. Cast groove parts should be free from defects such as bulges and depressions. Grooved fittings should be free from processing defects and knock-on damage. Markings should be clear and rowable.

Carbon steel pipe fittings can be coated with electrophoretic paint, plastic or hot dip galvanising for surface and corrosion treatment, where the electrophoretic paint coating method of trench fittings should not be used for domestic drinking water supply. The dimensions of the trench interface after surface treatment shall conform to the provisions of Appendix C of GB/T36019-2018, and the corrosion protection layer shall conform to the following provisions respectively:
